The Five Star Hotel in Medina’s central area is composed of two towers with 16 floors each, connected by a bridge at level 11.
There are 445 Keys in the project, including two royal suites, six suites, and 437 standard rooms.

King Salman Center for Relief & Humanitarian AID HQ

CLIENT: King Salman Center for Relief & Humanitarian AID 

The project consists of 3 buildings parking, an office, and a multi-function building. The offices and multi-function buildings are two separate buildings consisting of 4 stories above ground connected to each other by two bridges on each floor.

AL-AKARIA mix used building

Mixed-use project located in Riyadh’s central area is composed of two blocks with 12 floors in height and linked together at the lower and upper levels. 
There are 263 Keys in the 4-star hotel, including 14,500 sq.m of commercial space and 3,000 Sq.m of retails sapce.

This Project belong to a global investment company, it is a new city located next to the Muzahimiyah municipality scope and aims to provide 100,000 housing units for 550,000 people, the city includes different uses such as housing, industry, and commercial.
